These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of iwatergroup-us.com (the “Site”) and the services offered by Innovational Water Solutions, LLC (“IWS,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using the Site or our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

  1. Our services

IWS provides water treatment products and services to commercial, industrial, healthcare, agricultural, and institutional customers. Information on the Site is for general purposes and does not create a contract for services. Services are provided under a separate written agreement, proposal, or purchase order.

  1. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our systems, or other users’ data.
  • Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
  • Submit false, misleading, or another person’s information, including another person’s phone number.
  1. Text messaging program

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from IWS as described in this section.

  • Program: Innovational Water Solutions, LLC text messaging. This program is for conversational, person-to-person communication between you and IWS employees, including responses to your inquiries, service coordination, scheduling, and customer support.
  • Consent: Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You opt in by giving us your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts, for example by sending us a text, or through a form, or verbally, or in writing. We keep a record of your consent.
  • Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.
  • Costs: We do not charge for text messages. Message and data rates may apply from your wireless carrier.
  • Opt out: Reply STOP, QUIT, END, CANCEL, REVOKE, OPT OUT, or UNSUBSCRIBE at any time. We may send one confirmation message after you opt out. Opt-out requests apply to the conversation and phone number you reply from.
  • Help: Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at info@iwatergroup-us.com or (762) 208-6506.
  • Carriers: Wireless carriers and their service providers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Privacy: Mobile opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
  • Supported carriers: The program is available on major U.S. carriers. Availability is not guaranteed on all carriers or in all areas.

You may withdraw your consent to electronic records by replying STOP. If you change or deactivate your mobile number, notify us so we do not text someone else.

  1. Intellectual property

The Site’s content, including text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, belongs to IWS or its licensors and is protected by law. You may view and print Site content for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, or distribute it without our written permission.

  1. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.

  1. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any technical information on the Site is suitable for your particular application.

  1. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IWS and its owners, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or text messaging program. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed $100. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

  1. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IWS from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

  1. Termination

We may suspend or end your access to the Site or text messaging program at any time, without notice, if we believe you violated these Terms.

  1. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Minnesota, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

  1. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the effective date above will be updated. Continued use of the Site or text messaging program after changes means you accept them.
